• Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. AEG Training reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing and offers due to changes in market conditions, course availability, or other factors.
• The price you pay at the time of purchase is final and binding. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions that may occur.

Pricing Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all pricing, product information, and offers, errors and adjustments may occur. AEG Training reserves the right to:

• Adjust prices due to changes in market conditions, provider pricing, errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Update information on the Site without prior notice. The price at the time of your purchase remains valid, but subsequent changes may not be retroactively applied.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations / Reschedules by Customer

• In-Person and Live Online Courses:

• • Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the course start date are eligible for a full refund or credit towards a future course.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the course start date are not eligible for a refund, but may be credited towards a future course minus a 10% rescheduling fee.
  • No-shows or cancellations made 1-3 days before the course start date will not receive a refund, but may receive credit towards future training under certain conditions.
  • For live online courses, once training materials are assigned, no refunds will be processed.

• E-Learning and Self-Study Courses:

• • Once enrolled in an e-learning or self-study course, no refunds will be processed. This is due to the immediate access to training materials that are available for download upon enrollment. Since these materials can be retained by the customer, the course fees are non-refundable.

• Registrant Substitutions:

• • Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the assignment of course materials without any additional charge.

Cancellations / Reschedules by AEG Training

AEG Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course at our discretion due to insufficient registrations, trainer unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:

• You will receive full credit towards a future course or a full refund, as per your preference.
• AEG Training is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages that may be incurred due to the cancellation of a course, including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation expenses.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AEG Training will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Site, products, or services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Data Privacy
